Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 450) on the following at this                               
time:                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 79                                                                               
    "An Act designating a portion of the Eagle River Loop Road as                                   
    the Eagle River Veterans' Memorial Highway."

    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 79(TRA)

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to HB 79, thus adopting SCS HB 79(TRA), and                                               
recommended that the members vote yes.
