Full Journal pdf2001-02-28 House Journal Page 0467 HB 79 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 450) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 79 "An Act designating a portion of the Eagle River Loop Road as the Eagle River Veterans' Memorial Highway." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 79(TRA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 79, thus adopting SCS HB 79(TRA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 79?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 79(TRA) Concur YEAS: 35 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 3 2001-02-28 House Journal Page 0468 Yeas: Berkowitz, Bunde, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Davies, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Joule, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lancaster, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Excused: Chenault, Guess Absent: Croft, Kapsner, Masek And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS HB 79(TRA). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 79(TRA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
